Death Care Regulations

Postby rsixftunder on Thu Nov 15, 2007 3:02 am

Let's hear what others think of regulations regarding both the funeral and cemetery industries.

What do you think regulations should consist of?
Why do you feel they should be in place?
Why do you feel they shouldn't be in place?

Is the Funeral Rule too subjective in its' efforts?
If a person slips and doesn't get the GPL out immediately, but catches their mistake quickly, should the person be given allowance for a momentary slip when no negative intent was obvious?

Chime in. Let's discuss these issues.
