Crematory Fights Sprouting Up All Over the Country

Postby rsixftunder on Sat Aug 30, 2008 4:01 am

I read almost every day, news accounts of new crematories being built across the country, only to find fights at every turn.
These fights are fueled by double standards and ignorance.
The liberals have everyone believing in this global warming garbage, and every time there is any discussion on crematories, the argument comes up about mercury emissions, etc.
I have researched this subject, along with being an expert in this field, and have learned a years worth of cremations will amount to approximately one tablespoon full of mercury emissions.
Like so many other "warnings" out there, this is yet another attempt to fuel the masses into histeria.
The population shows a desire toward cremations. Cremation rates of useage are up everywhere. When a need for another crematory becomes reality, out of the woodwork jumps all these groups of people that don't want that crematory near them. This makes no sense. You can't have everything all the time.
If you don't want to watch the cost of cremation rise, you might want to consider how much the litigation costs to get a crematory built. Or, you may find yourself back into traditional funeral services once the industry determines it too cost preclusive to open new crematories to meet the immediate demand.
Think about it.
